The relationship between the Key Accounts and existing customers can only expand by continuously proposing solutions & services that meet the objectives of these clients.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all builder customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and oversee client happyness of our builders clients. (The new homeowner)
- Attend corporate events and represent the company.
- Look for new opportunities withing the AC & Solar industry
Experience
- Previous Account Manager experience 1 yrs +
- Air Conditioning Experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working within a team enviroment
- Previous goal setting and achieving roles
