The role and responsibilities

Due to substantial growth and demand by our clients we are investing in new team members to assist in servicing the Geelong region.

A typical day will include: 

• Property Inspections - including client discussions, the preparation of building repair scope of works and causation reports.
• Ensure all work conforms to legislative and WHS requirements.
• Manage the full administration of the repair cycle.
• Participate in the emergency service supervisor roster.

Skills and experience:

We would like to hear from you if you have the following qualifications, skills & experience:

• Trade Certificate (preferred).
• Previous insurance industry assessing experience (optional). 
• Cert IV Building & Construction (optional).
• Extensive knowledge of WHS and the BCA/NCC.
• A broad knowledge of domestic building construction and pricing.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years building / trade background.
• Current driver's license.
