The role and responsibilities
Due to substantial growth and demand by our clients we are investing in new team members to assist in servicing the Melbourne Metro (North), and also in Melbourne West / Geelong.
When you join the PBG Team, you will receive comprehensive training from our experienced managers on all business systems and tools.

A typical day will include:
- Property Inspections - including client discussions, the preparation of building repair scope of works and causation reports.
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative and WHS requirements.
- Manage the full administration of the repair cycle.
- Participate in the emergency service supervisor roster.
Skills and experience:
We would like to hear from you if you have the following qualifications, skills & experience:
- Trade Certificate (preferred).
- Previous insurance industry assessing experience (optional).
- Cert IV Building & Construction (optional).
- Extensive knowledge of WHS and the BCA/NCC.
- A broad knowledge of domestic building construction and pricing.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years building / trade background.
- Current driver's license.
