ABC Group is currently going through a large growth inflection and looking to hire a Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The role will be reporting to our Fortitude Valley HQ in Brisbane.
About the Role
As a Supervisor at ABC Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);
- Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
- Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
- Actively celebrating the success of our team!
To ensure your success you will possess the following;
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites required.
- Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
