The Role:
We are seeking a full timeBuilding Supervisor providing coverage between in the surrounding regions of Toowoomba,managing Insurance Repairs.
The key responsibilities include engaging trades, creating schedules, and effectively managing repairs to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple small to medium domestic and commercial construction repairs.
- Ensure tradespeople and suppliers comply with purchase orders, scope of works, and quotation requests.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules and timely project delivery.
- Maintain budgetary targets to ensure project profitability.
- Facilitate the engagement of new tradespeople and suppliers through the company's procurement process.
- Monitor and enforce company safety processes on all projects.
- Accurately forecast and achieve weekly completion dates as per the latest projections, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the construction process, critical inspection points and permit requirements.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
- Provide precise progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver scope of works and budget breakdown documentation to facilitate submission of variations.
What you will bring:
- Experience in supervising domestic and commercial repairs.
- Possess a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a Site Supervisor's certificate.
- Ability to work directly with clients, building consultants, and various construction tradespeople and suppliers.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, even with conflicting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in the insurance repair industry is advantageous.
- Able to use technology as part of the role.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and Australian standards.
