Our reputation for being Safe and Reliable is highlighted by our dedicated and professional staff and our commitment to maintaining our fleet to the highest standards including regularly upgrading or Fleet to ensure our clients and drivers are using the most up to date vehicles and technology to ensure safety and comfort. 

Due to this, L&F Transfers is experiencing rapid growth due to new and ongoing contracts and the expansion into new purpose-built facilities including in-house maintenance workshops in Yeppoon, Blackwater and Emerald.  Due to this growth, we are seeking experienced and passionate Coach/Bus Operators to join our local Emerald Operations.  We have permanent part-time positions available for immediate starts with varying rosters. 

If you want to be part of the exciting future of L & F Transfers, you will need the following:

• A current and valid MR driver’s licence or higher
• A current and valid Drivers Authority and Medical (or willing obtain
• Coach driving experience will be highly regarded.
• First Aid Certificate (Or willing to obtain)
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (Or willing to obtain) 

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

• Well-presented and have excellent communication skills.
• Have an outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty.
• Excellent customer service
• A Positive attitude, Reliability and Exceptional work ethic
• Attention to detail. 
• Maintain a clean driving record with no criminal convictions including drug/drink driving offences.
• Willing to work as both part of the team and autonomously to get tasks completed Safely and On Time
• Maintain L&F Transfers professional image with exceptional customer service and bus cleanliness to achieve our professional service standards.
• Willing to complete Certificate 3 in Driving operations or equivalent. (Eligible staff will be enrolled in into a traineeship for the Certificate 3 in Driving operations on employment commencement)
