About the Role:
- You will be performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly
- Meeting and greeting clients on reception as first point of contact
- Performing computer-based tasks, including preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers
- Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business
- Organising and confirming appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining the office and kitchen
