The Opportunity –
Novaskill currently has a Business Administration Traineeship opportunity in our Central Coast branch.
You’ll be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business whilst gaining exposure to on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you build your career, which could include internal promotion upon completion of your studies!
The learnings and responsibilities of this position include –
- Accurate data entry
- Creating documents and written communication
- General department specific administration duties
- Provide support to staff on various tasks and projects
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence, both manual and electronic
- Communicate with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the company
About You -
We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about starting a career in Business Administration, who hold the following skills and attributes -
- Well organised, conscientious, trustworthy and reliable employee
- Detail orientated and accurate with a high attention to detail
- Enjoy providing support to a team, with the ability to follow direction
