The Role
We are currently looking for someone to join our team to complete a traineeship in Business Administration. You will be directly reporting to the Office Manager and assisting office staff with ad-hoc duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and taking bookings.
- Chasing overdue bills
- Contacting customers
- Replying to emails in the main email inbox
- Filing
- Ad-hoc duties\responsibilities
Essential – Skills, Qualifications, Attributes and Experience:
- Organised
- Multi-Tasker
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow tasks
- Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn our procedures and work as part of an admin team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to confidently deal with a variety of customers and suppliers
- Basic computer knowledge with word and excel
- Previous experience with Simpro would be an advantage
