About the role:
Answer & direct incoming phone calls
Greet clients, visitors & suppliers
Scheduling quotes and jobs in our jobs system
Assisting our senior administration staff
General administration duties
Learn valuable administration skills while completing your traineeship
Full-time position in a fast paced environment

Enjoy providing support to a team, with the ability to follow direction and be a part of our team

Ability to manage multiple tasks which have competing demands
Your skills:
Basic experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Outlook / Excel / Word
Spelling & grammar superstar
Fantastic communication skills
Prior experience in a customer service role will be advantageous, but not essential.
Driver’s licence
