About the role:
Answer & direct incoming phone calls
Greet clients, visitors & suppliers
Scheduling quotes and jobs in our jobs system
Assisting our senior administration staff
General administration duties
Learn valuable administration skills while completing your traineeship

Ability to manage multiple tasks which have competing demands
Your skills:
Basic experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Outlook / Excel / Word
Spelling & grammar superstar
Fantastic communication skills
Prior experience in a customer service role will be advantageous, but not essential.
Driver’s licence
