Traineeship – Business Administration Assistant
Wagga Trucks is a family owned business that was established in 1997, which has grown to become one of Australia’s leading truck and trailer dealerships. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, self-motivated & organised person to provide a high level of support to our accounting and administration departments.
As one of our Business Administration Trainees you will have a very diverse range of tasks along with providing administrative support to all departments to ensure the administration and accounting processes are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will complete various clerical tasks such as typing, data entry and filing, scanning, making phone calls, handling mail and bookkeeping including:
- Incoming phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff member and taking detailed messages when necessary
- Promoting and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
- Various other tasks as directed from department managers
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team & independently to complete all tasks
The trainee will have to be available between the hours of Monday to Friday & Saturdays on a rotational roster.
Certificate III in Business (Administration) – BSB30120 will be provided to the successful applicant with time on the job for study.
