Job description
My Gateway are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual, keen to get started in a Business Administration Traineeship. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration. During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include:
Supporting the Accounts team with admin tasks
Calling customers and booking in jobs
Emailing and communicating with customers over the phone and via email
Managing the freight
working with CRM - Hubspot
Following up quotes
sharing the reception desk to cover lunch and study periods
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Drivers License is required - need to be able to get to and from work
Be switched on and able to use computer system
Able to work with Truck Drivers and Truck dealerships
Candidate needs to be able to prioritise work flow and there will be times when you are working alone on certain tasks.
Willingness to learn
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Great Customer service skills
Great attention to detail
