This office-based role in Liverpool has base + commission and processing support available, well suiting someone who is needing both security and the opportunity to extend your earnings.
With a significant commercial & residential lending this brokerage is committed to going over and above for each client, ensuring both lending and strategic goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:

• Manage Inbound leads provided by the business.
• Engage in local networking and business development opportunities.
• Utilise and grow your network to generate additional leads.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders.
• Assessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate lending products
• Continuously educate yourself on the finance industry and new products that are available.
• Maintain 100% compliance to industry regulation and requirements.

Skills and experience:
Driven and accountable, comfortable with customers and ready to take on the finance industry!

• Minimum 2 years lending experience (Residential or Commercial)
• Strong communication skills
• Cert IV in Mortgage broking or commencement highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort with various technology and software’s
• Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers.
• Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment.
