Due to internal progression, we are searching for someone to join our Newcastle based team in a full-time Project Administration Trainee role. The option to undertake a Certificate III Business qualification traineeship is available for the right candidate. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with the right attitude to kick start their reception and administration career or build on their existing skillset.
About the Role:
Due to our extended growth, an exciting new opportunity has become available for a Project Administration Trainee to join our Residential Team to assist with processing a large volume of applications. Whilst industry experience is not required for this role, our ideal candidate will be looking for a career in administration and a key focus on attention to detail. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure project and client information is accurately entered into the Business Operating System.
- Coordinate lodgement documents for assessment.
- Upload relevant documentation and job records to government and other industry websites.
- Manage inboxes in a timely manner with replies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow and execute existing customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Providing support to other teams in the business
- Other necessary administrative duties
About You:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and administrative support. The ideal candidate for the Project Administration Trainee position will possess the following qualities;
In addition to the above you will have:
- Eligibility to be registered for a Cert III traineeship
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- A professional and courteous attitude
- A valid drivers licence and legal work rights in Australia
Prior experience in a customer service role will be advantageous, but not essential.
