This position requires a strong attention to detail, problem solving capacity and competency in computer programs such as excel.
Qualifications & experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving Competency in navigating various computer programs Positive, professional customer service interaction with clients, staff, and trades Motivated and enthusiastic to learn and assist in teams
Tasks & responsibilities
- Mailing, filing and scanning invoices Responding to daily client enquiries Processing day-to-day business activities Assisting other staff with day-to-day requests Booking and prepping presentation and client documents for meetings and handovers Filing weekly reports Stock and Equipment tracking
