Business Traineeship – Administration Assistant
NECA Education & Careers has a Business Traineeship opportunity located in Preston, working with an Electrical company that is dedicated in providing quality service to their clients.
Part of the traineeship the trainee will complete a Certificate III in Business and on successfully completion will obtain a Nationally Recognised Qualification. This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual.
The successful candidate will provide administrative services to their clients and will support the on-site technicians.
The successful candidate’s duties and responsibilities are, but certainly not limited to:
- Answering the phone in a timely manner
- Purchase orders, invoicing, following up on orders
- Updating and maintaining the register
- Raising jobs and send to technicians
- Liaising with clients and technicians
- Filing and Data Entry
- Attending meeting when requested
- Other administration tasks as directed
This position is customer service focused, as is suited to someone who can communicate effectively to provided excellent customer service to all clients.
