Business Administration Traineeship

RubberTough Industries have an amazing opportunity available to start a career in Business Administration.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Business Administration. 

In this traineeship position you will be provided on job training and support, you will also have access to support from the local community college. 

The position is full time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Applicants should be well presented, willing to learn, follow instructions and show initiative.

As the Administration Support, duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome visitors to the office
• Respond to client queries via phone and email
• Photocopying, scanning, laminating and binding
• Filing
• Data entry
• Record keeping
• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Organizational skills
