Business Administration Traineeship

The Opportunity:

With strategically located branches in major cities, they are committed to being the premier destination for all safety solutions. Based in Regency Park, they are currently in search of a dedicated Business Administration Trainee to join their dynamic team.

Duties may include:

• Balance deposits in EFTPOS and SAP daily
• Filing delivery dockets for Proof of Delivery
• Provide administration support for Branch Coordinator and Internal Sales Representatives
• Manage Online orders.
• Manage branch transfers
• Manage Freight bookings for the branch  
• Assist in answering inbound calls and greet walk-in customers
• Provide Customers with quotes and pricing
• Obtain pricing for products from suppliers when required

About You:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and strong administrative skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Proficient computer skills
