Our team is made up of superstars and so we're looking for one more to join us in the awesome journey that will be yours. At Adelaide Dental we help people grow to leaders in their job, community and increase your earning capacity along the way.
The traineeship includes a once a month full day, paid training, for 18 months, with a certified business training company to complete a Certificate III in Business.
The tasks would include mainly but not limited to the following:
- Reception Duties
- Business Administration Duties
- Taking Payments
- Receiving Calls/Calling Patients, Scheduling Appointments
- Daily Customer Relationship Management
- Preparing Meeting Notes
- Overseeing Outsourced Work
All things dental reception and Business Administration will be covered from the basics to the advanced with time. No experience necessary.
