The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Designer to join our Head Office team. Working closely with our Director/Brand Manager, you will take the lead in bringing our marketing and promotions to life, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to innovate and create!
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualise engaging campaign assets for our website and all marketing channels including, EDM's, social media, in-store, paid ads and print
- Ensure that all designs align with our brand image and style guides, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Deliver consistency in brand messaging and content across all platforms, including but not limited to, our website, EDM's, social media, in-store, paid ads and print
- Regular management and maintenance of the content and design elements of our website
- Build and schedule weekly EDM’s, in line with our promotional calendar
Required experience:
- Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Shopify, Mailchimp and Klayvio)
- Sound understanding of all digital platforms
- Experience video editing
- Experience developing GIFS and motion graphics
- Ability to achieve set outcomes within allocated time frames/deadlines
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- An energetic attitude toward projects, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- A commercial mindset for retail
- 3+ years of professional Digital and Graphic Design experience
- A tertiary qualification or certification in Digital/Graphic Design
