SBDC encourages people who are representative of the broad WA community to apply.About the PositionThe Small Business Development Corporation’s (SBDC) Business Advisory Services team provides direct and tailored business advisory services across Western Australia, through a one-to-one information service, delivered through multiple channels including phone, personal appointments and online engagement.We are currently looking for applicants who have experience and knowledge of small business operations and are passionate in assisting people to start, grow or improve their small businesses. - A written statement that addresses the following work-related requirements (in no more than two pages) for the role:
- Strong business acumen developed through extensive knowledge and/or practical experience in the functions and operations of small business.
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to convey complex matters in a succinct and accurate manner to internal and external clients.
- Ability to explore, research and fact-find to provide accurate information and, quickly problem solve to provide practical solutions and advice to resolve business issues for clients.
