Every day we're reimagining and reinventing our stores, innovating new fulfilment processes, and developing simpler, smarter and more sustainable solutions to future proof our network and fight for a healthier planet.The opportunityWe have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the 360 Finance Capital & Insights team, where you will partner with the 360 team and broader business to support the successful deployment of the programs such as the new stores and renewal program, innovation initiatives, various part-store upgrades and commercial initiatives.The role is responsible for providing periodic reporting on the performance of the programs overall and at a store level and across categories to identify and analyse themes, key trends and actionable insights to be shared and acted upon by the 360 team and the business.What you'll do
  • Provide reporting on various programs spanning multiple retail brands across the Group, working with stakeholders across the business to understand the overall performance of the programs and any areas of opportunity at a store level
  • Leverage technology (incl. Google Cloud Platform and Tableau) to enhance existing reporting to present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, speaking the same language and articulating findings clearly and succinctly, with clear guidance on next steps
  • Respond to business adhoc insight requests from the business, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Work closely with teams across the broader business - including other Finance teams - to support key initiatives by identifying key trends and themes, undertaking root cause analysis, and generating insights for management discussion and further investigation, including Post Implementation Reviews
  • Contribute to team success, supporting broader team activities as priorities and demands dictate
What you'll bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience ideally CA / CPA qualification
  • Strong data analysis and modelling skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders
  • Strong experience using financial and reporting systems in a commercial environment (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform, Tableau)
  • SQL programming language skills (preferred, but not essential)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and an Agile environment
  • Great time management skills and able to work to deadlines
