The role:
The Product Business Analyst is a key role within the White Label Credit Cards Product Team which sits within the Citi-branded & White Label Cards & Loans division of National Australia Bank.
The position is responsible for supporting the White Label Credit Card products and involves working closely with our product team and internal stakeholders to support product programs that will drive customer and revenue growth. Adherence to Controls Framework (including regulatory and contractual compliance) is an integral part of the role.
The role and Day to day will include:
- Understanding and analysing business processes and procedures to implement Product initiatives for White Label Credit portfolio
- Performing business testing to assess impact and feasibility of Product initiatives such as APR and Fees changes, Rewards program setup and other changes requiring parameter setup or maintenance.
- Working with different stakeholders such as DM and Technology team to support implementation of Product changes/strategies
- Translating business requirements and concepts into technical information for Tech and Data team's understanding
- Supporting product team to perform issue investigation that requires analysis of system behaviour and validating system parameter setup
- Documenting new products and/or changes to existing products, ensuring smooth business implementation during launch process
- Identifying and reporting gaps between system parameter setup and business requirements
Skills and experience:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of Unsecured Lending and Credit Cards industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
