- A renowned Fortune-100 multinational, publicly listed on the NYSE is currently seeking a motivated individual for the role of FX/CFD Business Development Manager.
- The position, based at the APAC headquarters, involves formulating and executing Business Development strategies, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of retail, sophisticated, and wholesale investor trading volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance trading volumes for diverse client bases, including retail, sophisticated, and wholesale investors.
- Proactively improve business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts.
- Conduct seminars and participate in sales events for premium clients/prospects, collaborating with education and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with client-facing, dealing, marketing, research, and global payment teams to drive acquisition, retention, and increased trading activity.
- Actively leverage the sales process to improve conversion rates, decrease sales cycles, and enhance deal win rates.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and funnel, track personal goals and metrics, and schedule time effectively for maximum productivity.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of Business Development experience in a mid-sized FX trading platform
- RG146 compliant
- Passion for sales and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Creative problem-solving skills, professionalism, honesty, and strong teamwork abilities.
- Quick learning ability for complex products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proactive, KPI-driven approach with the ability to manage existing client bases and establish new relationships independently.
- Self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach in the real-time, active trading environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
