One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage Multiple Business Analysts across various ICT projects. On offer will be One junior and Three Senior analyst roles to deliver under an Agile methodology. The role will be based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements available. The successful Business Analysts will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.
The successful Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Facilitation of workshops, including those to identify business needs and to identify competing demands Capturing and analysing data related requirements to produce deliverables in accordance with the project schedule Eliciting and documenting the detailed IT business requirements including those that specify the changes to processes and systems Constructing documentation to support the requirements definition including process maps and service design artefacts
The successful Business Analysts will have experience in the following:
Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with and implementing ITSM platforms Experience using project management tools such as Visual Studio or Azure DevOps Ability to provide guidance on solution capabilities and constraints related to the implementation of platforms Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Dynamics 365 applications
