Responsibilities:- Working on and assisting with the delivery of highly complex projects in the identity space.
- Working with stakeholders to identify and convey (orally and in writing) business need/s;
- Working with stakeholders, to define and prioritise business requirements - presenting all pertinent business information to an agreed standard, as required.
- Working with stakeholders to define system requirements for the technical development teams.
- Providing systems analysis support to technical teams.
- Developing graphical representations of how business is done (as-is) and how business is to be done (tobe) across a business unit.
- Developing innovative solutions to identified business challenges, in consultation with business and ICT stakeholders.
Skills:- Five plus years’ demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated high order communication skills (both oral and written);
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to distil requirements from complex scenarios and processes, including develop new processes where required.
- Demonstrated analytical background.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
