Now we just need you.A real endeavour, shaped by youAs a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical insights that shape strategic decisions and enhance national security.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Identify, develop, document, validate and endorse requirements of the business.
• Constantly look for ways to improve business systems and processes, and provide the advice to help us successfully implement them.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, management, colleagues, and key stakeholder groups.
• Enjoy applying and implementing contemporary methodologies, using your experience in developing user stories across multiple disciplines; requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation, and management.

A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
• Technical expertise in business analysis, particularly in the air and/or maritime domain.
• Proficiency in conducting business analysis through the fusion of intelligence from diverse sources.
• Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
• You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
