About us:

Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd, a provider of Allied Health Services for individuals enrolled in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and referred to us by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe, and Workcover.

A full-time position for a Business Analyst is available in our Head Office. You will work proactively with business users to improve and enhance CRM and other products as well as drive business objectives, reporting to the Office Manager. You will also examine security data to ensure that the integrity of the data is preserved and that statutory responsibilities are met:

Key Responsibility Area:

· Analyse and manage business data, including budgeting, forecasts, planning, cost, and reporting.

· Work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information on business needs and requirements.

· Conduct gap, impact, and variance analyses through Power BI while implementing process change.

· Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by creating detailed business analyses that outlines problems, opportunities, and solutions.

· ServiceNow process designing and implementation to provide demonstrations for ITIL processes application.

· Provide recommendations and advice to management and decision-makers.

· Utilise data handling, management, and reporting tools/software.

· Create and implement business plans.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar discipline.

· Proven 3 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst with hands on CRM development expertise.

· A thorough understanding of ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies and cloud telephone systems, desktop and mobile operating systems and required apps.

· The ability to construct and configure many dashboards and reports to meet the demands of users, as well as considering business functionality and requirements while creating these dashboards.

· Capability of creating an appropriate training programs and the necessary training materials.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.

· Knowledge of current technology trends and their potential impact on business operations.

Other Requirements:

· Working with Children Check.

· NDIS Worker Screening Check.

· Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).

· Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).

· First Aid Certification.

Annual Salary Range: $70, 000.00 - $80,000.00 plus superannuation.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Minimum 38 hours per week
