Let's talk about this role
As the Business Analyst, you are tasked with performing the analysis of business needs, taking responsibility for capturing requirements for the identification, scoping and delivery of initiatives that will enhance the member experience, deliver on commercial objectives, improve operating efficiency, and reduce operating costs across the business.

You will work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders across divisions to:

• Identify and define business problems and opportunities
• Ensure requirements are well understood across business teams
• Develop and implement solutions that make business processes and systems more efficient and effectively uplift the member experience

Let's talk about you
To excel in this role you will need previous experience as a Business Analyst (or similar), you have expertise in business transformation across broad array of operational environments.

You must possess strong process mapping abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and delivery processes.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
