We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to enable delivery of multiple initiatives focusing our Branch systems and applications. This is an exciting role as you will be involved in improving and uplifting capability of our branch systems to enhance our employee and customer experience. You’ll join a team with a really good culture who pride themselves on being supportive and fun.

You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies.

As a Business Analyst you’ll get to…

  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements as epics and user stories.
  • Perform research and interviews to determine business requirements and translate into specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements.
  • Help initiatives meet schedule, business, and budget objectives. 

About you

  • You’ll have experience working end to end across IT initiatives as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and using tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
  • You’ll be self-driven, able to work autonomously whilst facilitating and influencing others across the initiative to meet schedules and deliver on requirements.
  • You’ll be proactive in sharing your knowledge with other team members.
  • Experience delivering banking technology will be looked upon favourably.
