MUST HAVE BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING EXPEREINCE (You will not be considered without BCP experience)
The Business Analyst is responsible for defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. The Business Analyst will ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements. The role will work with the project manager and key stakeholders to ensure the successful migration off the old Business Continuity tool, and implementation of the new Business Continuity tool.
Responsibility
- Assisting the project manager with managing the change from the existing Business Continuity tool (BC3) to the new Business Continuity tool (BCIC).
- Assisting the project manager to develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Assisting the project manager in organising and delivering of change communications to all relevant stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and measuring performance against them.
Attributes
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar, large, complex, data-led organisation.
- Ability to take ownership of work streams and deliver autonomously.
- Confort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving situations.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions.
- Preferred: Experience with Business Continuity Platform and tooling.
