Federal government department seeking aBusiness Analyst to be part of a team responsible for the development and support of exciting application development projects. The team develops and supports a range of systems using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Duties:
• Maintain a backlog of user stories in DevOps, capturing functionality, acceptance criteria, and estimates for development effort.
• Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions to continuously collect, review, and update requirements with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, act as a bridge for understanding.
• Coordinate UAT activities, define test cases based on acceptance criteria, and facilitate user feedback during testing.
• Participate in Scrum events like sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for the implemented Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution.
• Training and on boarding activities to ensure user adoption and successful solution rollout.
You will have demonstrated the following experience:
• 5 years’ conducting business analysis in Federal Government context and experience undertaking business analysis or configuration for Dynamics CRM or Portals will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Dynamics CRM core modules and tailoring custom modules to meet specific business needs.
• Ability in documenting business processes using flowcharts, use cases, and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with data migration and identifying integration points with other systems to ensure data flow.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to elicit and validate user requirements.
• Undertake interpretation and translation of business requirements into viable business solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables within a Business Analyst role.
