• Client: Digital Health Agency
• Location: ACT / NSW  / QLD (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Criteria:

• The role requires a considerable degree of independence and leadership. Work closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, strategic roadmap, and the context in which the organisation operates.
• The role will have significant interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. They will act as a conduit between business units, internal IT teams, and relevant stakeholders from the Health sector.
• The role demands experience in both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Should have project experience in both web portal and mobile application development, showcasing versatility in technology platforms.
• Experience in the Health or Government industry is desirable, suggesting a need for familiarity with the specific regulatory, operational, and technological aspects of these sectors.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels within the organization are emphasized as vital to the success of the role.
• The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis. 
• A minimum of 4+ years of applicable work experience in Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and Analytics, as well as 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on medium to large-scale projects involving web portals and mobile applications, is necessary.
