We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can work across multiple projects, skilled with interfacing with multiple areas to understand, gather and document business requirements within our Luxury brands.
If you are highly skilled at documenting process workflows to inform engineering solutions and capabilities, have experience in transformation and change environment analysis, please apply!
Day to day:
- Represent and champion the brand at a high level in a multitude of national and international forums across multiple brands and departments
- Translate stakeholder requirements into written and/or visual outcomes that inform execution of deliverables
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Participate in and contribute to the Business Analyst Community of Practice
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 2+ years professional experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience in analysis within transformation and change environments, with change management skills and experience being advantageous
- Experience working closely with Design and UX leads to achieve tangible change outcomes
- Facilitator experience, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Examples of leveraging a library of requirements and processes to inform prioritisation of solutions across shared platforms
