Business Process Analyst

Location:  Brisbane

About the Role: Join Aurizon's Technology & Facilities Division as a Business Process Analyst, where you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and efficiency. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating informed decision-making through meticulous analysis across various domains. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough research and analysis spanning the operational and support processes, be engaging with a wide variety ofy business stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining Business Process models to meet business requirements.
•  Developing insightful reports derived from your findings, delivering them with clarity and actionable recommendations.
• Supporting enterprise-wide process governance activities

We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience in working with enterprise process frameworks
• Ability to support process governance frameworks; through analysis, reporting, developing presentations.
• The ability to collaborate across functions to gather, interpret, and process model information in support of business objectives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer solutions, particularly Microsoft suite with particular emphasis on PowerPoint.
• A keen eye for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and making actionable recommendations.
