A day in the life...

• Data Cleaning - Management of approximately 40 clients and their transactional hotel data.
• Normalising and correcting their; preferred, chain and non-preferred hotels, hotel name, city name and outlier transactions.
• Data may consist of FCM, CT, S&S and non-FCTG data.
• Report preparation - using standard consulting templates load cleaned client hotel data into reports, review accuracy of data and provide to the consulting team for further use.
• Diagnostics: Annually we receive up to 10+ requests to produce free to

hotel diagnostics. This would require the cleaning of hotel data and preparing basic PowerPoint presentations of results. * Client Reviews: For existing client programs, transferring results from the hotel reports into PowerPoint presentations.

• 3rd party benchmarking: Using Power Bi look at opportunities to further analyse data metrics* for FCM Consulting benchmarking (*Lanyon BAR Shopping, FCM Global ARR, FCM Global Contracts).

Who you are...

• Competent user of all Microsoft Office applications including, Power BI and Excel.
• Keen understanding in raw data/ or the eagerness to learn.
• Travel industry experience is an asset.
