Talent Insights are currently on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst to join one of Australia's Leading Healthcare brands on a Full time, Permanent basis.
This is a Hybrid role, based in Melbourne.
In this position you will be responsible for the support and delivery of IT projects, playing a pivotal role in enhancing product and technology knowledge across the retail team. You will be responsible for the development and execution of IT projects contributing to the success of the franchise network with the help of software and technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the retail Business Systems Analyst to support Applications such as POS, store ticketing systems, store loyalty programs, planogram solutions and ensure integration to ERP.
- Contribute to phases of project implementation including RFP, requirement gathering, implementation, testing and go-live.
- Working to SLA’s and deadlines as defined by the business for new project implementations.
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team, review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements.
- 5+ years of experience within Information Technology
- 3+ years experience working in IT Applications (Health and Pharmaceutical retail experience is desirable)
- 3+ years experience in Business Analyst activity
- Experience in an Agile framework and able to write stories
- Experience in release management
- Ability to analyse complex technical data
- Ability to create and evolve controls and governance, release management, standards (coding, testing, data) and naming conventions.
