We are seeking a curious and passionateBusiness Systems Analystto join the team at YETI. You will be providing administrative support across our IT infrastructure and ecosystem, ensuring our systems are operational and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operation, administration and support of the core IT Business Systems
- Drive application projects through initiation to implementation with robust project and change management governance
- Lead vendor management, ensuring adherences to SLAs, positive working relationships and issue resolution
- Able to troubleshoot systems related issues, an expert problem solver who can quickly and proactively identify and resolve issues and can independently conduct root cause analysis
- Prepare business process diagrams, requirements, and functional and technical specifications for optimization of YETI ANZ systems
- Provide administrative and technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software and peripheral equipment
- Lead projects/program changes to improve the overall operational efficiency and IT infrastructure, environment and security
- Provide effective change management, capacity planning, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practises in systems support and service delivery in line with ITIL framework
- Ensure all IT/Application and network environments are operational without interruptions
- Continuous improvement of processes, systems performance, working methods and tools
- Implement and configure production systems and applications
- Manage enhancements, upgrades and projects relating to YETI ANZ IT eco-system
- Evaluate, install, configure applications, system software, products and/or enhancements to existing applications
- Ensure compliance and optimal performance of YETI’s application, system and network adhering to global standards and policies
- Execute root cause analysis for problems, major/critical or recurring incidents, and where possible resolve or provide workarounds, suggestions, and improvements to mitigate future incidents
- Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and/or third-party vendor to deliver projects
- Escalate and follow up with other team members, and/or vendors to resolve issues which require involvement from cross-functional teams and/or higher support tiers
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similiar
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Application support or IT Support
- Ability to work autonomously, strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- A passion and appetite for all things technology
- Effective written and verbal communication with an ability to talk tech with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer service focus
