Address- Create design and process documents for the uplift of Westpac International and High Value Payments ecosystem in order to comply with ISO 20022 SWIFT standards.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are correctly implemented and fully functional.
- Liaise with interfacing application teams (AMH, Channels, etc) to align upgrades with upstream and downstream systems.
- Documentation, including design documents, process documentation, alerting and monitoring, IT support handbook etc - Support the smooth integration with connecting payment systems, middleware, etc.
- Help in creating Business specification documents and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Worked as a Product expert and SME for ISO20022 compliant applications to provide insights on business process and applications.
- Assist testing teams in creating test scenario & test plans. Also work with them during test execution thus having a quick turn-around time for defect resolution.
- Attending daily defect management calls and responding to Client queries and resolve roadblocks.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and define enhancements. Also help document the risk thus assisting in future understanding.
- Evaluate the defects and define right outcome for the business. Attend daily defect calls and provide inputs on strategic direction.
- Assist business users during business UAT testing and SVP phases.
