About the Role
The Business Analyst/Project Manager is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for a full range of business analysis tasks, including requirements planning and management, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation and capturing existing business processes and proposed changes.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will streamline communication between stakeholders, analyse business processes, and oversee the implementation of projects with a technology aspect. By combining a Business Analyst's analytical skills with a Project Manager's organisational expertise, this role contributes to the efficient alignment of technology solutions with organisational goals.
About You
As an experienced Business Analyst professional, you will have demonstrated experience in BA and project management roles, including requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
You will have expert knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools and proven experience developing and implementing creative solutions to solve complex business problems.
You will enjoy creating and executing project plans and delivering projects on time and within budget using project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
You will be highly proficient in JIRA, MS Project or other management and collaboration software tools. You will have exceptional stakeholder and change management skills and will be comfortable fostering solid relationships at all levels of the organisation.
