The BA/QA will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing and implementing solutions, ensuring the quality of our services, and developing robust test scripts.
Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining business solutions.
• Developing and executing test scripts to identify potential issues and ensure the functionality of solutions.
• Conducting regular quality assurance tests to identify potential issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and quality assurance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
