As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the business to understand their needs, analyse requirements, and implement tailored solutions that optimise their financial and procurement processes. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in driving business transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions.What you’ll do:
- Engage with the business to gather and analyse business requirements related to finance and procurement processes.
- Design and configure Workday modules to meet business specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday and Adaptive Planning functionalities, offering guidance and support to business partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday and Adaptive Planning with other enterprise systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience with Workday, with a focus on finance and/or procurement modules.
- Strong proficiency in Adaptive Planning implementation and administration.
- In-depth understanding of finance and procurement processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport with the business and internal teams.
