Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to understand their needs and requirements. Ensure that software solutions align with the company's objectives.
- Evaluate and Prioritize Features: Work with the product manager, senior executives, and customers to evaluate and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
- Requirements Definition and Management: Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows, to guide the development and testing team. Ensure that requirements are clearly defined and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Test and Validate Solutions: Participate in the testing and validation of software solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and deliver the desired outcomes.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile application development teams.
- Certified in SAFe Agile methodology.
- BABOK v3.0 Core practitioner certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the AI and machine learning domain is a plus.
