These roles will be based at Heritage Lanes Office in Brisbane City. It will include 3 months training, following which you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.
What you’ll do:
Respond to incoming calls and online enquiries from Business Banking customers regarding account, card, and digital banking enquiries.
Complete follow-up tasks that require Outbound calls to Business Banking customers
Work within a quality driven and compliant environment
Manage complaints within required timeframes, policy and procedures.
Assist the Suncorp Group’s understanding of and meeting of holistic customer needs (through genuine Connected Customer conversations). Collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.
Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk and performance.
What you’ll bring:
Previous Banking customer service experience
Experience within a contact centre environment or an operational/support role desirable.
High level computer literacy and navigation skills.
Experience in delivering high quality customer experience within required timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer and risk measures.
