We are looking for a coach to join our team and help Practice Max clients in Australia, NZ and Singapore as they build a practice and a life they love.
About Savvy Dentist:
Savvy Dentist is a boutique coaching company that helps dentists grow and scale their business. It is known for artfully blending modern day ‘cutting edge’ strategies with timeless business principles to help dentists earn more while working less.
The business was started in 2013. I started it because I’d participated in other programs and felt that they only showed me how to be a highly paid employee in my practice. That was fine for some people but I wanted a true business. A business that gave me freedom – money and time to enjoy my life.
So, I started the Practice Max mastermind for dental practice owners who, like I was, are looking to achieve more than they thought possible from their practice. We help dentists create a practice that is profitable, scalable and valuable with our methodology and resources. But, at its core, Practice Max is a community of like-minded practice owners committed to both personal and professional growth.
The vision for the business has never been to be the biggest but rather to strive to be the best. We have not pursued growth for growths sake. If we grow, it's because we’ve done enough for clients for them to feel confident referring their colleagues and friends.
About the role:
You will responsible for helping our clients formulate and execute a strategic plan that allows clients to earn more from their practice while working less (if they choose). This includes helping clients learn and apply our cashflow generating strategies, our recruitment and team building strategies and our marketing and case acceptance strategies.
You’ll work 1-1 with clients, attend live Intensives (in person) and online training sessions as well as be an active member of the online community.
You don’t need to know how everything works here but you do need to have had experience in the business of dentistry. We will train you on our core content and how we do what we do.
You should have a solid track record either helping business owners achieve their goals or achieving your own business goals.
We are a remote company so you will need to be comfortable working online using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
This could be a part time role. We are looking for coaches who are able to commit 3 days a week or more. Our clients are primarily in Australia and New Zealand so you’ll need to ensure those time zones work for you before applying.
From time to time, you may need to do some before hours or after hours work to accommodate the fact that dentists may be working clinically during the day.

Above all else, you’ll help us deliver an exceptional coaching experience for our clients both from a results perspective and from a customer experience perspective.
