As the School Business Coach within the Education Futures Institute, you will work to deliver a coherent and system-wide approach to high quality, targeted capability development for school leaders and business managers.
As School Business Coach, you will:
- Collaborate with school leaders and business managers to provide targeted coaching and capability development to enhance School Business and operational management practices.
- Provide specialised advice and high-level support matched to the context of each school and in line with system-identified priorities.
- Use evidence-based approaches to ensure coaching and capability development is supportive, job-embedded, collaborative and accessible across the state.
- Develop collaborative approaches with school leaders and business managers focussing on effective School Business and operational management practices.
The ideal applicant is someone who:
- demonstrates strategic leadership and vision
- has strong School Business management knowledge and experience
- has exceptional organisational and people skills
- communicates with and influences stakeholders at all levels
