This position has been created to assist our client in obtaining ISO 9001 and 45001 and maintain to standards ISO 27001.
You will also assist the General Manager during the creation of new projects to ensure that we cover the requirements of the above standards.
Duties
- Arrange and facilitate ISO Meetings to ensure we meet the requirements.
- Work with the ISO Team and assist as and when required.
- Ensure that due process is followed, and evidence obtained as required across all Standards.
- Create monitoring spreadsheets to ensure that everything is covered across all Standards.
- Ensure change management is documented and entered in our ISO System.
- Work closely with the General Manager and the Development team during the creation of projects and tender applications.
- Be willing to travel throughout the Midwest and Goldfield as a part of your duties.
- Must have a good understanding of Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint environments.
- Have a good understanding of ISO 27001 and the Right Fit For Risk requirements.
- Training may be required to build to ensure the candidate has the required auditing knowledge.
- Other duties as required by the business.
There will be probationary period of 4 months.
Position with be answerable to the General Manager.
