Experience in a similar role isn't essential, it really is more important you have the soft skills and hunger to enter an industry with lots of reward for those who work hard. Traditionally previous team members have come from the following backgrounds:
- Customer Service - Retail or Hospitality
- A new graduate with great communication skills looking to use them in a professional setting
- People from sales who are over cold calling and want to speak with people that want to be spoken to

For this role they need a confident, articulate and detail orientated person with a light hearted and friendly nature. Someone that can be empathetic to different people's needs and guiding to them a product that will suit those same requirements.

1) They work in an idyllic Sydney city location where you will want to work from everyday. However, if you do like the flexibility to work from home absolutely you can on a hybrid model. 3 days from home and 2 in office each week. 2) The package on offer is $55,000.00 plus super on the base. However, their bonus structure is uncapped and realistically will earn you another $10k-$15k in bonuses on top.
