The key duties of the position include
- deliver key administrative tasks and processes under the Department's Business Continuity and Emergency Control functions
- engage with business areas to promote and maintain a mature Business Continuity posture across the Department
- assist to establish and maintain effective Business Continuity and Emergency Management policies and processes, including preparing and maintaining content on the Department's intranet website
- monitor and respond to enquiries in relation to departmental Business Continuity and Emergency Management procedures and arrangements
- assist and support to deliver additional priority outcomes of the Protective Security, Continuity and Emergency Management team as required.
