Our Crisis and Organisational Resilience Team is growing and seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill a permanent, full-time Business Continuity Specialistrole in Brisbane or another major EQL location by negotiation.
About the role:
As the Business Continuity Specialist, you’re responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of EQL’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program and related activities. You confidently provide specialist advice and support across the organisation ensuring a fit-for-purpose, contemporary, all-hazards, business-wide approach to Business Continuity management.

Further to supporting divisional requirements, you also work collaboratively with the Digital Division to educate and align the business expectations of Business Continuity arrangements with IT Disaster Recovery Plans and major digital project requirements, building the resilience of the wider business.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide arrangements such as policies, procedures, standards, and digital repositories as they relate to the Emergency and Business Disruption Framework is a key accountability of yours, as well as participating in response activities during a disruptive organisational event.
The remuneration for your new role is from $164k plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $186k plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.
